Miguel Ángel is a practicing Litigator and member of the Madrid Bar Association since 1991. He is also an Arbitrator and counsel in arbitration proceedings. He has provided defence counsel on numerous matters including building, engineering and energy, banking litigation, aviation, real estate law, and consumer law, among other fields, before courts in all jurisdictions and areas.
He is also backed by specific experience and training as an arbitrator and counsel in arbitration processes, and acts before supranational judicial bodies and institutions.
For many years, he was also a Supervising Professor in the Private Law Master's Programme of the San Pablo-CEU Foundation (procedural law), and professor for INSALUD (health law). Miguel Ángel is a frequent collaborator on courses and conferences of the Madrid Bar Association, Charles III University, the Financial Studies Centre, the Sagardoy Foundation, Amado Formación, and other public and private institutions. Professor of the Law Profession Access Master's Programme at the IEB (Institute of Stock Exchange Studies). Author of numerous legal pieces and articles.
